Campag inner cables with Shimano outers?
Bought a new bike with shimano tiagra fitted which I have changed to campagnolo veloce so it is compatible with my usual wheels/bikes.
I have fitted the campag shifters/cables and derailleurs, does anyone know if they work ok with the shimano outers that came with the bike as I would like to avoid binning them and doing the cutting of campag outers if possible? They seem to fit ok but would there be any performance issues?

Campagnolo inners are 0.1mm thinner - they'll probably perform better than Shimano. They're also a good fix for Shimano STis which have a habit of chewing the cables.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
