Fairly flatfish ride with rolling roads - 3 lovely routes - 42, 72, and 110 miles - something for everyone!

Starts from Redbridge Cycling Centre, Ilford, IG6 3HP

Long - 110 miles
Medium - 72 miles
Short - 42 miles
