Giant TCR Di2 upgrade and cable entry points

Hi, on the TCR advanced 2013 the shifter cables are internal and both enter either side of the head tube from the bars. There is an entry point for the Di2 cable from the bars which is on the underside of the top tube next to the rear brake cable entry point. Question on upgrading from mech to Di2 the two entry points on the head tube will be redundant so what do you plug them with?
