My gym have both spin bikes and a Wattbike. They all have the ability to "clip in" to. Does anyone know what cleats are commonly used with these? I'm guessing it may be SPD's but thought I would ask if anyone here has any experience on them.

I have seen them with both SPD and SPD-SL (flat pedals with straps clipped on top).

I would say that SPD are the most likely type to be found on them if any.

My experience of wattbikes is that they have a platform on one side, and SPD on the other.

But they are just pedals, they can be changed easily so the gym may change them, and equally you could just go and fit your own pedals when you use the bike ;)
    Red bikes are the fastest.

Regular MTB SPD IME - both spin bikes and Wattbikes. We got some new ones in the work gym - guy is asking what type of cleats cos his don't fit - look at his shoes and he's fitted them upside down!
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
