Right my faithful bike got stolen from a "secure" bike shed over the weekend and I'm stuck on what to replace it with. I don't really want to spend more than £700 as it's for a bad/wet weather do it all bike. It has to take full mudguards. I'm not a racer by any means but I will be putting a fair few winter miles on it 40-60 mile rides so could do with being comfy. I saw the trek 1.2 takes full mudguards also some of the pinnacle bikes from evans do. So hit me with your suggestions

Cheers.

Genesis equilibrium, but I would say that as I've got one.
Condor Super Acciaio, Record, Deda, Pacentis.
Curtis 853 Handbuilt MTB, XTR, DT Swiss and lots of Hope.
Genesis Datum Gravel Bike, Pacentis (again).
    Genesis Equilibrium Disc, 105 & H-Plus-Son.

    Mostly Steel.

Merlin Cycles own brand bike - 4 seasons or 365 it might be called..? Moda Bolero in a sale? Planet X Kaffenbach? Eastway have some mudguard friendly bikes that might interest? Plus the others already mentioned.

sticking with the genesis theme, the cdf is around £700, planet x kaffenback and I think revolution bikes may do something as well.

Also the Treks racing bikes have mudguard mounts (altough they maybe hidden) and the Jamis touring range.

I meant the Merlin as per the link, yes - cheers. I like the Ribble 365 too but thought it might be above budget.

If you like steel then Spa Audax looks good. Personally I'd stick to alu.

There's always cross bikes too of course - Cannondale disc, Kona Jake, Revolution....
