Hi all

Thinking of signing up for the above, has anyone done it before?

Just looking for some idea of what level of fitness would be required and how muddy it gets (currently running Specialized Fast Trak Sport tyres which don't do so well when it gets slippy).

Cheers

Just done the hot MTB challenge last sunday and it was very muddy! Would not have wanted to do it on Fast Traks. Would expect the Cool challenge to be even muddier (if that was possible!). Bontrager Mud-X are excellent in these conditions and still good even if it wasnt so muddy.

Our Test Valley Tour marked route rides attract riders of all ages and levels of fitness as we offer a choice of route lengths. This Winter/Spring was particularly bad for rain and therefore mud but neither event usually has much mud for riders to contend with. The Autumn event is often crisp and is probably one of our best loved event as the Test Valley is so beautiful and rewarding to ride. Checking our facebook regularly before the event https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gorrick- ... 6312573947 will tell you all you need to know about the routes, tyre choices etc beforehand.
