Clicking Hub on Turbo

Hi
I noticed today (when spinning the pedals by hand). That there is a "clicking" sound coming from my powertap wheel when clamped into the turbo.
It sounds like a magnet is rubbing (but I have checked and its not).
Its in the same place everytime. It sounds like the clicking comes from the hub but maybe something to do with a spoke?
Not sure how to resolve or what would be causing it?
The clamp pressure is pretty light (the tyre slips ever so slightly when I first start)
