Top cap question

I'm trying to get a matching top cap for my stem, I purchased the one shown in the picture below but it seems to be a completely different thing,

This is what's on there already, it's more than just a top cap and has a expanding thing attached to it



And this is what I bought, it's just a cap nothing else,



Can I get this to fit or do I have to buy a different one?

Yes you need to buy a detached bung. The FSA cap/bung cannot be separated.

This will work and its abit cheaper
