Soul + Zee Setup Issues.

Think I might have a problem with my Zee mech. It is the FR model. Cassette is 11-36 and 32 NW chainring. Think I set up the chain length correctly, i.e. +2 links.
So why is the mech so "horizontal" when in the largest sprocket? Tried adding extra chainlinks but then the chain is really slack when in the smallest sprocket.
Have I done anything stupid??

TBH the top horizontal pic looks fine.

Is the slack on the small with extra links?

And your 2 links is without the mech.

Top PIC is with no extra links. Yep measured without the threading through the mech.

The mounting plate should usually be horizontal. There is a knob on the back that sits into a specific place on the hanger

Looks like I did muck up the way I fixed the mech.

This is how I had it first, with the small knob on the wrong side of the hanger.

This is how it should be, thanks to Chunkers.

Now looks perfect.
