Hello,

Quick question: currently running 23mm GP4000S on my Canyon. Has anyone tried the 25mm with the frame? Do they fit?

Thanks!

+1 - my tyre of choice but i only have the SL, I think the frame dimensions are identical.

The Ultimate CF SL & SLX frames are also sold with 25mm Mavic Yksion Pros which have plenty room to spare and I don't think the GP4000s 25mm comes up much different in actual size so should be absolutely fine.
I've got a pair ready to go onto mine as I'd heard the original tyres (25mm Yksions) were dodgy in the wet and don't last well. However I quite like them so far so the GP4000s will be kept for when they're needed.

I had considered Michelin Pro4 SC instead of the GP4000s also in 25mm but apparently they do come up very big in actual size (27mm-28mm) and I wasn't positive they'd fit so stuck with GP4000s.

I have a 2014 CF SLX and I am running Michelin Pro4 SC 25mm on the stock Mavic wheels. This combination is approx 27mm, and fits with plenty of clearance both on the chainstays and the seat tube.

Good to know for future reference. Thanks!
