Cracking day already, off to Windsor to watch the three generations of ladies in my life run the Race for Life, very proud of them 8)

Afterwards I thinking picnicking and loafing in the sun will happen :D

Funnily enough, were riding into Windsor for our usual cake stop in the old station, then on for a further few sun fuelled miles, before we finish off at the pub !

    Job done id say :D

Good luck to all that are competing in the Race for Life.

study day - interspersed with things to keep me sane. Just had a decent 6 mile run and later I will take rug-rat1 for another ride on his first road bike - picked up yesterday and he is loving it (9.3 av speed yesterday - despite the fact he can't quite reach the gears)

Later later is the dilemma on GP or pub - sky+ is the compromise :)

Busy day - managed a cheeky 35 miler round the North Downs this morning (including pedalling up hill  ), followed by sitting in the sun and lazing while junior and a couple of her mates tried to control a half ton, 4 legged manure spreader with varying degrees of success.

We can't be arsed to cook so it's time for a Thai take away shortly. Mmmmm

BTW has anyone heard from V68? Did he make it?

Had a decent lazy day after drinking far too much again last night, took the little one down to the Lizard to Open Farm Day. Overheard a conversation from someone waiting to pick up a cyclist saying he had heard from her about 15 miles away and her ar$e was on fire. Worth going out just to hear that one single phrase.

Need to pull my finger out and get out riding.

Took the little one to the city farm for her first ever sight of hens and lambs and cows. I never knew pig testicles were that big though, each one was the size of my head...the pig was as big as a cow though.

Either you're a pea head or the pig does a bit of downhilling

Yes, the damned fool made it. Bugger me my aris hurts, so does everything else mind. Probably about 135 miles total, which is just silly.
I'm going to bed cos I is fooked.
To repeat a phrase from above my aris was on fire.

    Enjoy the F1 Matthew?

Ended a good day for me, except getting drowned by rain when walking the dogs

Indeed. My posterior isn't used to it, unlike the wizened old roadies with leather buttocks.

If your arse isn't used to it maybe Brighton was a bad idea :P
