Mornin
Up too early and work meh ensured I didn't get back to sleep
Some study done, but not feeling the love, I think its because the lads are all going for a decent 100+ mile ride today. I will go for a little ride with rug rat1 who picked up his first road bike yesterday, managed a decent 7 miles & 9.3 av mph ride yesterday, despite not being able to reach the gears properly!
GP needs watching but it does clash with pub time

Off to Windsor to watch the three generations of ladies in my family run the Race for Life and then picnic and loafing in the sun 8)"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Bl00dy gorgeous day for being out on the bike mind you. Think I am turning a bit pink now. Thai take away beckons shortly and my guts are rumbling..."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0
