Mornin

Up too early and work meh ensured I didn't get back to sleep

Some study done, but not feeling the love, I think its because the lads are all going for a decent 100+ mile ride today. I will go for a little ride with rug rat1 who picked up his first road bike yesterday, managed a decent 7 miles & 9.3 av mph ride yesterday, despite not being able to reach the gears properly!

GP needs watching but it does clash with pub time

somehow get the feeling your three generations aren't the only women you will be looking at!

Better than nout - I only managed 35 miles round the North Downs today but it was quite hilly and was with a mate who's only been cycling for 4 months. What bike did you get the boy BTW?

Bl00dy gorgeous day for being out on the bike mind you. Think I am turning a bit pink now. Thai take away beckons shortly and my guts are rumbling...
