sram 2012 Exogram Crankset with 11 speed rings

Hi guys not sure if this has been asked before but here goes.
Im in the process of upgrading to red 22 and have managed to get the 52/36 chainrings for the sram 22 crankset but i have noticed the older sram red 10 speed 2012 Exogram Crankset set is a bit cheaper. is the older crankset exactly the same as new the 22 one? so would the 11 speed rings fit it?
