Cycling club advice needed (Surrey)

Hi!
I am looking to join a cycling club in or around my home town of Walton on Thames in Surrey. I currently cycle around 80-100 miles a week, mainly commuting, but with the odd trip to the Surrey Hills and Richmond Park.
I work shifts, and have children, so I am looking for a club that have weekday and evening rides along with weekend spins.
I have found Kingston Wheelers, but would like other recommendations if anyone can help?

TCC do a Saturday social ride, KW is Sundays.
KW is a larger club and during the summer (and most of Winter!) you'll find daily rides posted on the forum.
You can't go wrong with either but I chose KW.0 -

Very mixed abilities, there will be something to suit most people.
Mostly weekends but some ad hoc mid week rides are scheduled.0 -
Yup, around there you have Kingston Wheelers who seem to be decent chaps when I come across them, there is also Twickenham CC who also seem pretty good (organize an early TT near me each year and seem to be as friendly as anyone else- maybe a tad more race oriented though) and London Dynamo are probably quite close as well- but their website speaks for itself...
In the other direction you have the Surrey CTC who are the slow, casual group as well as Woking CC, although I guess that's on the edge of your range.0 -
I was brought up in Hersham :-) I now live in Guildford and you're welcome to join the Charlotteville CC http://www.charlottevillecc.org.uk/
Sunday rides from Guildford Spectrum every week at 9am. The first Sunday is always a beginners/short ride around 30 miles, then ramping up during the month with the last Sunday being the longest, around 60 miles or so.
Wednesday 10mile TT from 6.45/7pm in Normandy
Chain Gang during the week also.WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

Hersham boys, Hersham boys, lace up boots and corduroys.
Twickenham was my 2nd club (after the Middlesex Clarion died), friendly traditional club - home club of Martin Gibbs, Brian Cookson's right hand man at the UCI also of Doug Collins (Imperial Racing RT, who promote races at Hillingdon). Twickenham CC is also the oldest sports club in Twickenham (don't tell the rugby lot) - if I were still in London I'd still be a TCC member. Does anyone know if the Hounslow and District Wheelers are still going?
There always used to be a run from Cobham (car park by the bridge from memory). South Western RC are also a welcoming bunch.0 -
Thanks for all the input! I spend a lot of time around Woking, so their club is looking good.
I agree with the point about the London Dynamo website....0
