Removing this part of my bike

Not really sure what the actual name is for this part and I imagine it isn't hard to remove but wondering if anybody knows if it's anything more than undoing the bolts and taking off?

Rocker arms, and contains bearings and/or bushings, so not dead simple.I don't do smileys.

yer you can just remove bolts and it will come off but some can really stiff to get off?0

And there are washers behind each bolt between the bearings (which are part of that linkage) and the frame, don't lose them.
You'll need to knock all the bearings out and mask the surfaces (so they'll go back in) before you get it done. I'd not bother myself.0
