    still no news on the job, so fingers crossed I hear today.

    went for a great ride last night. a quick loop of the verderers trail at FoD and then did 5 push up runs on the DH tracks and some playing about on the jumpy section of GBU. I've fitted a set of lyrics as my old fox 36's died. SOOOOO much better. I'm sticking to rock shox from now on.

    anyway, as it's fryday i'll be off to get some pig type products in a bit.

    Morning fags,

    Off to London for the last time, shame I'm there til Monday though. Not much else to report, will be spending most of my free time sampling the best burgers London has to offer. Any recommendations gratefully received.

    As I've been out and about all week, today is catching up with people and getting grief - but it doesn't matter because the pub is later :)

    Very glad it's Friday. I'm struggling to focus as my eyes are streaming due to hayfever, or pepperspray, The Polish girl in the office is wearing a very small tight dress which worked wonders and helped me to see clearly.
    I'm scared to take any pictures in case she pepper sprays me again.
    Fried food at lunchtime, hopefully that will upset the ghey roadie types.
    Onwards to more tea...

    TFI Friday here as well.

    Even the lure of breakfast rolls did not encourage me to go and listen to a sales talk from one of our suppliers.

    Early finish as always on a Friday so all in all not a bad day :)

    Down in Kent today teaching and old dog the magic of fire (or use of a computer)

    I feel my temper is reaching breaking point today, not sure why, but i can feel a fallingdown/jerry maguire moment happening today.

    Bacon is on its way, kettle has boilled so time to loaf a bit.

    weekend will consist of building a new home for my ride at the girlfriends house, couple of rides (hail storm of death tomorrow permitting), bit of fettle and catch up on crap tv

    Afternoon Wasters,

    Quiet day in the office for a change, all the Board are abroad and most people have drifted off already so looks like its pedalling time soon followed by some cold plonk. Didn't have bacon today but I did mnaage a whole Cadburys Chocolate Orange on my own - you're only fat once as they say :)
