At the start of the year after relocating I got back into cycling. I enjoy mountain biking and bought a bike. Well a few weeks ago my bike got stolen. I've waited to see if I would ever see it again (there was little hope) but that time has come where if officially given up hope. I was thinking of spending around £600. I don't know too much about bike specs but from online research I found that the Trek X-Caliber 7 looked a decent buy. Then I noticed on the Evans Cycles website the Pinnacle Ramin Three. I quite like the look and spec of the bike (Its just a coincidence that both bikes happen to be orange). Do you guys think it would be worth spending that little bit extra for the Pinnacle or would the Trek be the better option? Your input would be great or possibly an alternate if you think there is something better.

Thanks in advance.

Looking at the specs I'd say it is probably worth the £75 extra cost.

Thanks, I think I'll call into the store and check it out.
