Long Foam Grips?

Hi
I have bar ends fitted to my Decathlon MTB. The cow horn type things. I'm finding that I get vibration pain from using them though as they have no grips on them just the bare metal.
What I'd like would be a foam grip that will go over the bar end and some of the main handle bar. Is there such a thing?

Bar tape might be suitable and is pretty cheap.0
