    Given that in 2011 they offered Froome 1.2m euros....

    Higher than Garmin, lower than BMC - thats all I know.

    All they have done is wisely spent the money freed up by the departure of Nicolas Roche and maybe spent a little more on top.

    How do you keep a straight face when increasing your offer by a factor of 20, from 60k to 1.2m? Must hurt.
