:D Hello, :D

I have a Nexus road bike that I bought last month.
I want to ask what exactly my road bike tyre size code mean.

"700 x 22/23C"

Is my bike tyre using the 700 x 22C OR 700 x 23C OR can use either or...

Thank You.

Is that's what's written on your sidewalls? I assume that just means it's between the two - you can assume it's 700x23c. But just because that's what's fitted now doesn't mean you have to stick to that size, you could probably go up to 700x25c.

23 is the width of the tyre in mm's. My 23 ultremo zx tyres actually measure 24mm. It's all a bit general. As above you probably have enough room in the frame to take 25mm if you want a slightly more comfortable ride/more tyre surface on the road.
my isetta is a 300cc bike

Just means that you have 700x23 tyres currently fitted. You can fit narrower (although that wouldn't be a good plan) or wider tyres on the same rim.

The trend is towards wider tyres, 700C x 25mm, so if you have the fork and frame clearances fit some 25mm Kevlar folding bead tyres of a better quality/higher TPI (Threads Per Inch) count as they will improve the ride quality of your bike.
