Shimano PressFit BB problem!
Hi there,
Could somebody tell me what the right Shimano model number is for Pressfit 86.5 bearings. My LBS fitted a SM92-41 and consequently crushed the inner cover (I only discovered this when I got home).
It appears that they should have fitted a SM91-41 bearing. Is this correct? Would greatly appreciate some clarification on this.

I'm starting to get it now. The Shimano Docs were not making much sense when I saw them before but the 'backpost' blog explains clearly that its the inner cover/shell that's the culprit. The cups are the same size regardless of the model.
My best bet is to bring that shell with me and compare size before I buy another set of bearings.0
