elixir cr issue...

hey guys, I have an old gt lts which I am resurrecting and have just acquired some avid elixir cr disk breaks. They were a bargain and are in decent nick (£59 for the full set with an avid bleeding kit!) but I'm unsure what mounting brackets I require!? My rotor sizes are 180mm front and 160mm rear. Thanks for any advice people.

What forks do you have? Does the frame have disc brake mounts? Do your wheels have mounts?!
