Shifter / Brake setup. Noob question.

Hi,

I'm completely new to MTB but really looking forward to learning. So please forgive my utter lack of knowledge.

I've just got a new Voodoo Bizango & want to setup my brake & shifter lever position.

Currently it's grip / brake / shifter.

I want to change it to grip / shifter / brake. Allowing me to setup one finger braking & such.

My question is - will I need to adjust my cables after repositioning my levers ?

I've checked out various posts & youtube vids about this but none mention cable setup after ?

For a reason. The brake and shifter are stops so can be moved

No, no need to adjust cables as you are not changing their lengths.
