Complete strip down

Hey everyone,
I've started stripping apart my bike this evening as I'm not going out for a week or so and decided I'd strip everything and give it a well deserved service.
I'm confidant in carrying it out however I can't find any specs relating to greases and oils to use. I would like to service my headset as well as servicing my forks. Question obviously is can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find specs for my fork (Rockshox XC32 TK) so I can see what suspension oil and grade to use?
Also is there any specific grease I should be using for the headset or has anyone go suggestions on which to use maybe?
The sheer number of lubes/oils/greases available is dazzling and trying to narrow it down is becoming a nightmare!!

Fork info is in the service manual for your fork. Downloadable from SRAMs web site.
More service info can be found on the Parktools website."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I'm hoping I can find the manual I got with the bike, I can't find a manual specific to my fork on the SRAM website, it was my first port of call. The park tools website is a great tool though thank you!0

I found this PDF on the SRAM website. It's for 2012 forks so hopefully that's useful to you (I don't think the XC series was available before 2012 anyway?)0

Well I'm clearly not as clever with a computer as I thought haha thanks guys is the type of oil a kind of preference thing? I know I need 15wt grade, but do I have to use Rockshox own brand? Surely I can use rock oil? Is this jut a preference/budget allowance thing?
Also what about grease for the likes of headset bearings and my cassette hub on the rear wheel? General purpose style grease or specific to each job?
Thanks for your help so far though guys!!0 -
I use ordinary tubs of motor grease or WB grease from Halfords. If you are buying specially, get a silicone based one, not lithium.I don't do smileys.
