I'd just like to share some footage of this years Etape du Dales, If you rode you may even make an appearance :D

Just goes to show it's not so grim up north! well worth the 5hr drive to take part.

    I'm toying with the idea of taking my gopro to Italy when we do Lake como because I would have thought the footage would be tediously dull, I think I'm sold on it now though after watching a bit of that!

    Thanks, I try and keep videos sub 5 mins and not hold a shot for to long, I'm fully aware long videos with little content bore people to tears! Some good music always helps ;-)

    Forgot to change the battery after Ribblehead, so nothing after Stainforth and the slightly "wearing" solo ride down Littondale into the wind!

    You should have a speedo readout for the Fleet Moss descent. Now that was quick that day :wink:

    I'm still trying to find a way of mounting my Garmin so the speed can be seen.

    2013 I hit 55mph before I bottled it, This year I was well on target for 60mph+ unfortuneatly due to a car slowing to pull over I had chuck out the anchor at 56mph :cry: Maybe next year.....

    Does anyone know if the rider(s) involved in the crash on the Fleet Moss descent were ok?

    If you hit 68mph according to GPS I tip my hat to you! Mighty Impressive, if not a little scary!
