Upgrading forks from 100mm to 120mm

Hi guys,
I have a kona hei hei 100 2010 and the bike has rockshox recon sl solo 100mm and I want fox float 32 120 RCL with kashima. I am changing the wheels so I can have straight through 15QR. Do you guys think this is doable to change to 120mm without causing major issues

    Really need to check their site to see if the frame can take that.

    But probably it'll be fine and change head and seat angle by about a degree and raise the BB height a little depending on the wheel base.
