2010 used giant tcr advanced sl 0 (ISP) vs. new 2013 madone

I'm thinking about selling my current practically new madone (ultegra) as it is a bit big, and saw on craigs a 2010 giant tcr sl 0 equipped with sram red (older version) and mavic Kysrium SL wheels (older silver version). The bike is said to have 4500 miles as owner is getting out of cycling because he has not ridden for a few years. No crashes on the bike, and also includes a garmin 200 all for $1800. Is this a good price?
If the carbon is in good condition should I get this bike over my new madone?
