Gazelle Formula Race - fitting modern BB

Hi all,
Wondering what type of BB would work with my 1990s Gazelle Formula Race.
I have gathered that it is a BSA type shell, so taking English style BBs. But the jargon surrounding BBs in general is highly confusing. I might go with a 5700 105 chainset, in which case I would need which BB?
I am just about aware of the Shimano BB specs, HOWEVER I may instead go with some FSA cranks, which throws another spanner into the works with all the separate jargon. Could someone please clarify what FSA BB I would need to fit my Gazelle, or some general information on how I can tell for myself.
Many, many thanks!

Get Shimano, why do you want FSA?

Thanks again Grill - well, FSA is not out of any personal preference, and I would ultimately prefer to stick with Shimano. It is purely to do with money, as I have a very small budget.0
