Spare aero bar parts?

Hi,

I have bought a pair of deda duo aero bars but think I would find the uno more comfortable. Anyone know anywhere you can buy just the bars from without the clamps? Have tried searching but no joy yet

Not any help but usually aero bars are interchangeable between brands +- 0.1/2mm except those bleedin' dedas which I think are 24mm. I had the duo and turned them upside down and felt alot more comfortable.
