Saddle Bag - which size?

I've been looking on these saddle bags from Cube:
I'm not sure which one to go for. It's hard to see the actual size on the images. Is the small big enough for a phone, tube etc.?
As an alternative, I've also had a look at these Topeak bags:
What will you recommend?
