I'm looking for some new forks for my old 08/09 Carrera Vulcan, what is the most amount of travel i can use. I would like to have 120mm-140mm. Would those sizes change the geometry to much.

120 at the most I would imagine

No more than 120mm as fitted to the Fury.

Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
