Which 10 speed cassette?

Currently running a SRAM PG1050 12 to 36.

New ones seem to be £46.00 plus however shimano SLX 11 - 36 are available for £27.

Does it matter that it has altered the ratios on the bike?

Its on a Boardman Team FS 26" wheel running X7

Nope, gives you a higher top gear and slightly different gaps. Not an issue.
