Legend Fedaia

So in my continued search for a custom steel frame I came across the Legend Febaia via the Condor thread on here. Right now I am completely smitten. Spoke to a UK dealer today who seemed really experienced in sorting out the fit and went through the order process which seemed easy and lead in times are short. Its a £2k F&F but as per the other thread it seems "good value" compared to some of the other UK custom frames. The frame is similar to the Condor but IMO is much nicer. Does anyone have any experience of buying a Legend or riding this particular bike? Very unlikely I know but thought it may be worth a punt

Right now there's a red light flashing in Legend Lust's basement and a tannoy brroadcasting "Legend Lust to Bike Radar.."

Yes and No. Yes I have experience of buying a Legend but I don't have experience of riding the Fedaia. Seems like you're already most of the way there with ordering a Legend. The most important thing is getting a good bike fit and hence a good frame design in the first place. Loads of scope for customisation – including bespoke paintjobs and colour matched custom componentry. The main point to realise with all Legend's is that they're made individually for each rider - so it will ride superbly. The handling is beautifully balanced and they're so stable.
Rohan Dubash aka Doctor D owns a Fedaia, I'm sure he can explain how good a frame it is. http://doctord.co.uk/Selling my Legend frame

I dealt direct through Ali at Legend UK, as there isn't a Legend dealer in the North yet. I also flew out to the factory for a visit. Well worth it if you can do it.Selling my Legend frame

Was there much of a saving over the RRP from the UK retailers?0

No saving at all. Legend have a fixed price model with no discounting anywhere, so the frame is the same price wherever you opt to get one fromSelling my Legend frame
