Reverb dropper and trail gator attachment

Just bought a trail gator to use towing my daughter's bike when she gets too tired riding under her own steam. It's like this:

I've got a reverb dropper on my MTB, and don't feel inclined to attach the trail gator to it ... Am I being over cautious or just sensible?

I don't see why you couldn't attach it to the lower part of the reverb. I certainly wouldn't attach it to the stanchion though.0

Neither would I.
I would suggest another cheap post/saddle to swap, but I'm guessing removing the Reverb is a bit if a faff because of the remote?0 -
Sounds like you would be best off buying a new bike......;)Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0

This ^^ If your Reverb is slammed just pull out enough to attach the Gator's clamp. Presume you're not gonna be smashing it down DH runs with that on the back are you? :?"Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes
