Hi,
friend of mine has these brakes. Recently, after an issue with one of the front pads falling off during a ride, the front brake was full of air (no issues prior to this). I bled it for him and all seemed well. However on getting the bike back home the brake was full of air again. Now he reckons there's no sign of leaking oil, so any ideas what might cause these symptons before I try and bleed it again?

If the pad came out then there is a good chance the piston came out too far and damaged the seal, or even the calliper bore.

Is the brake full of air or just feel like it, there are a number of things other than air that can feel like it needs bleeding.
