Force 22 and Ultegra 11 speed cassette

Running Force 22 but need an extra cassette and just wondered if there is any difference other than about £30 ?

Presume my Sram 22 chain will be ok with an Ultegra 11 speed cassette too ?

    I run a 11 speed ultegra cassette and SRAM 11 speed 1090 on my RED22 set up (two sets of wheels). No adjustment required!

    Oh yea, the chain is SRAM 11 speed too!

    You can just about run any wheel with any brand of 11 speed cassette with any brand of 11 speed mech. HOWEVER, you can't run Campag 11 speed cassettes on Shimano/SRAM 11-speed freehubs - and vice-versa. The freehub splines are different.

    So, no, you can't run a Campag 11-speed cassette on a wheel that currently has a Force 22 cassette - not without changing freehub.
