Criteria: reliability, smoothness and ease of rotation, long life, not expensive (under 200-300$), clinchers, suitable for bad russian roads..
I do not plan to participate in the race, but I love to drive fast to other cities. Also I have to drive inside the city. My weight is 73kg.
