Gear cable adjusters on the down tube stops

One of these adjusters has gone rusty, so I'd like to replace it with something less rusty - are they a standard size, or do I need to specify make/model/year to get the right one?

    They're a standard size - the adjuster on a Shimano rear mech is the most commonly available.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
