I used them off road and I got 18 months from them max. Nothing to do with mechanical sympahty it is too with the battering XC riding give them.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

Out of interest, what levers are you running?
They look like tektro RL340s but not too sure?

I'm not sure about the levers, they came on a pompino I bought from Onone a few years ago, it came with some moustache bars. I converted it to a flat bar set up and put the levers aside for a rainy day

It's a light enough frame/fork but as I was trying to keep costs down the components are budget (heavy) so it's a bit of a

Not too bad, i'm sure no matter what it comes in lighter than both my bikes! Enjoy it!0
