Trek Madone BB90 pressfit

Would like to hear how often other Madone owners has to change BB90 bearings on their Trek bike.
Mine will last somewhere between 2000-2500 miles on my Madone 4.5 model year 2013.

    Anecdotally, from having worked as a mechanic at a Trek dealer, I'd say that was fairly typical. There are lots of variables that affect bearing life though.

    I changed mine for the first time last year (2008 Trek Madone 5.2). The bike had about 6,600 miles, and I changed them because I was putting new cranks on, and it seems like a good opportunity to do some preventative maintenance at the same time. The old ones didn't seem at all worn though, and were still spinning freely.

    2,500 miles seems short for BB bearings, even for a probably mud-plugging MTB, never mind a road bike.
