Lyrik - show rebound and contradictory advice

Hi all,
I did an oil and seal change on my RS Lyrik MiCo a while back and once it was together discovered the rebound was pretty slow, even on fastest setting of the rebound knob. I am planning on stripping them and doing it again but going through the MiCo damper this time too. Now, the service manual (p6) instructs 193ml of oil in the upper tube, but the Sram tech video says 112ml. Does anyone have any advice on the correct amount of oil, and any other reasons the rebound could feel very slow?
