A ban has been issued on your IP address

When I connect to BikeRadar from work I get the following message when connecting to the forum
You have been permanently banned from this board.

Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.

A ban has been issued on your IP address.

If I log out an back in again it works fine for a while before giving me the same error again. The ip address on whatismyip.com seems to change regularly rather than being a fixed IP.

Please can you let me know what is going on as I've never put any spam on the board.

    Need to know what the ip is when you have issues. Pm me the info and I will look into it.

    I had this in China. Contacted BR by mail and got no response

    I never had this issue personally but my IP changes sometimes. I am also curious on what to do should this happen. Please post the solution to the problem here if you can.
