    Got my copy from the author, not had time to get into it but the introduction made me really want to read it - sounds like a cracking life story.

    Sounds like a very distinctive character. Totally fits in with the old school climber stereotype.
    May well buy the book.

    Some of the half-hearted attacks and constant looking around really annoy me.
