Race Leader's Jerseys

Been wondering about this for a while really and maybe some guys here can answer it.

When there's a need for a new race leader's jersey, what happens? At the end of the stage, the stage winner goes onto the podium and gets a jersey which zips up the back and has his sponsor logo slapped onto the front put on him. However, next day he sets off with a shiny new jersey, all appropriately printed and looking like it was read for him winning it in the first place.

So, is there an articulated lorry-load of jerseys of varying colours for the various classifications (leader, points, KoM, etc) and the various permutations of teams or is there a magic machine on hand that can print up the correct combo of sponsor and classification each night? This would need to include skin suits if the next stage was a time trial too. Another complication for this would be that the teams all have their own kit manufacturers. Gosh! Does that mean there's a FedEx plane on standby to get the Rapha gear to Wiggins in time to start off today's stage in California?

It's got me up at night thinking it through
