Guys need advise want to put a new rear shock on my 2008 trance have the standard fox float r and i hate it
i want to put a rt3 monarch on it is it possible has anyone done it i know the eye to eye is 185 mm on the fox and 200 on the rockshox will this fit ??? or will it mess up the bike

    The shock should be the same i2i and should also have the same stroke or you could lose travel. Make the handling worse. Have tyres or frame parts hitting each other causing damage.

    Not to mention the correct fitting kit.

    The Monarch comes in different i2i, so how you know it's 200mm is beyond me!
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
