Front Mech
Just about to order a new 105 5700 double front mech to replace a seized Tiagra 4600.
First off, is it compatible? Don't see why not, but have seen on another website someone saying that the 5700 shifter used a diff method of, well, shifting and they aren't compatible.
Secondly, what size do I need? Options are 28.6mm/31.8mm OR 34.9mm. This one is confusing me as I ave just been down and measured the downtube on my bike and it measured about 33mm.

There will be no compatibility issues. Take the 4600 derailleur off and the correct measurement should be inside the clamp.0
