Any recommendations?

Mudguard eyelets are a must as it will be my wet weather bike and I fancy trying discs.

Budget up to £2k, Force22 or 6800.

Kineis pro 6 frame set & then build up as you like.
    Whyte Suffolk (only 105 though).

Genesis Equilibrium disc. Wait a couple of months and a new version is coming out. Available as a frame only as well.

    Cheers all.
Noticed Canyon have an option but 'sold out' so does that mean there is a new model out later this year?
Also Rose Pro DX Cross 4400 looks good (and 8.7kg or less).

    Do those take muguards then?

Yes, front and rear eyelets on the Rose. This isn't mine but you get the idea
