Pro Overshoes

Whenever its wet a lot of the Pro's (Cancellara in particular) seem to be wearing thin rubberised overshoes. I cant believe they are wearing neoprene to race in but other than Sportful/Castelli WetLite/Nano ones I cant find any similar for sale.

Anyone know what they are?

    Don't know what the pro's use currently, but I use the Mavic H2o overshoe, which is waterproof, and has no thermal lining in it, so I find it fine for summer use when it rains. I understand a certain texan used to use them, although I like to keep that quiet.
