New Bike Mega AM Vs Ns Soda Air

Hi i am after a new bike and at the moment i like the look of the nukeproof mega am and the ns soda air what would be your choice of the 2 or something similar in specification... can't really make up my mind. i think i would definitely go for the nukeproof if it wasn't for the extra rear travel on the ns which makes me dubious. please help

    Depends on what sort of riding you want to do. Both are good bikes but different.

    The NS air is on massive discount on crc and would be my choice as it is more customisable (chainstays, travel, etc.) but not having ridden either I can't say.

    LBS had the Soda and Mega AM.. had a pedal on the Soda an was nice, probably in the similar league as my Canyon, however you can't run a front mech on the Soda. Don't think they ever sold one, however the Mega's were flying out.

    IMO...
    If you plan on doing any pedalling, go for the Mega.
    If its an uplift/pushup play bike, get the Soda.
    If its a mix of both, get the Mega.

    Soda if you never plan on pedalling uphill, Mega if you do.
