canyon TT sizing / Please Help!

Can you tell me if the TT dimensions on the Canyon websites geometry chart is effective or actual?

I can't see anywhere where it tells you?

I'm looking at a CF SLX in XXL

All the Canyon threads and nobody knows if the top tube (horizontal) is effective or actual?

The geometry chart for this model indicates that the "B" measurement is the effective top tube i.e. horizontal. Seems pretty clear from the drawing.
